Terms & Conditions:

 

Due to the individuality of our custom cakes and cupcakes, prices may vary based on details, intricacy of design, and number of people you need to serve. Final pricing will be determined upon finalization of order.  One week advanced noticed is required for standard cakes and cupcakes.  14 days advanced notice is required for custom cakes and cupcakes.   Wedding cake orders require 6 weeks advanced notice. 

 

Orders totaling less than $150.00 and shipped orders require full payment upon order placement.  Custom cake, wedding cake and cupcake orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit due to the prep work that goes into custom designs for these items.  The remaining balance is due seven (7) days prior to event date.  Your deposit guarantees your place on our schedule and allows time to receive any items requiring special ordering.  Custom cake, wedding cake and cupcake orders will not be put on our schedule and production will not begin without the deposit.  Deposits for custom cakes and cupcakes are due 14 days prior to event date.  Wedding cake deposits are due at least 6 weeks prior to event date with the final balance due 14 days prior to event date.  ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Once your order has been finalized, a Paypal invoice will be sent to your email for payment.
